Terms of Service
Content
WebTech Marketing will NOT under any circumstances provide any services to
businesses or websites that promote, endorse or deal with the following:
Sexual or sexually explicit, obscene or offensive
material or contents.
Content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, racially,
ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
Content that infringes upon any trademark, copyright or other
proprietary rights of any party.
Any activity considered illegal under federal, state and
international laws.
WebTech Marketing reserves the right to deny service to any site for the above or any other unspecified above reasons.
Project Copyright
Client unconditionally guarantees that any elements provided to Webtech Marketing which includes
text, graphics, images, trademarks, or other artwork are owned
by client, or that client has permission from the rightful owner to use such elements.
Client will hold harmless, protect, indemnify and defend WebTech Marketing from any liability (including
legal fees and court costs), including any claim or suit, threatened or actual, arising from the use
of such elements furnished by client.
The copyright for all materials provided by WebTech Marketing such as website design and layout, graphics, artwork,
webpage coding, images and text will remain the property of WebTech Marketing until such time
as payment has been made in full whereupon all materials will become the property of the client.
WebTech Marketing retains the right to display websites, graphics and other website design elements that WebTech Marketing created for clients as examples of work performed in a portfolio.
Standard Project Billing
Clients will pay a 50% deposit for project fees before work begins. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the project.
Your completed project will not be provided until all service fees have been paid. In some cases, a payment plan may be
accepted if reqested at time of contract negotiation.
PREPAID Services
WebTech Marketing provides some services on a PREPAID basis. Terms and conditions are specified
for these services at the time of order.
Website Design Project Cancellation/Rejection
If performance of the work is cancelled or work is rejected by the client, the
client shall pay a cancellation/rejection fee as specified in the project proposal/contract.
In the event of cancellation or rejection, ownership of all rights granted under the project agreement shall
automatically revert to WebTech Marketing.
